Equipment Introduction

1.With far infrared radiation heating, the product generates heat from inside to outside and achieves the purpose of drying. The product heat evenly inside and outside, and the drying efficiency improves more than 3 times than the traditional hot air circulation way with more than 30% energy saving. And it gets more uniform drying with auxiliary air mixing. It is suitable for drying, baking and various kinds of electronic parts, coils, transformers drying, water, foaming ink drying and heat treatment, food, textile, die casting and so on.

2. The application of insulation layer and lifting door reduces the impact of internal temperature by the outside world, and the application of pneumatic lifting reduces the labor intensity.

3. After the working piece is placed into the heating zone, the thermal cycle fan is opened and the internal heat cycle of the curing zone is generated to ensure the equality of the internal temperature.

4. From the observation window we can observe the situation of the closed cavity conveniently. The cured products enter into the cooling zone through the lifting door, and the exhaust device began to cool for the cured product. The equipment is suitable for wide range products and with simple operation and high producing efficiency.
