JLWN-II bending and twisting experiment equipment

Experiment Purpose                                                                                   

1. To learn the method of testing the principal stress on one point in the state of plane stress by strain rosette.

2. To test the size and direction of principal stress on one point of the surface of thin-wall tube under the state of bending and twisting.

Brief Introduction                                                                                        

This bending and twisting experiment equipment including thin-wall tube stick with strain gauge, fan arm, supporting leg, loading system, sensor, tester, etc., which could test the size and direction of principal stress on one point of thin-wall tube surface in the state of bending and twisting, test strain by bending and twisting on one cross section of thin-wall tube, and test the shear modulus G.

This equipment is of table model, and loading by hand-wheel. The sensor test the loading and shown by tester, easy and safe operating. The strain tester is a box of small size, good appearance, easy to keep and take to use
