ZME-III rotating speed tester for products of invisible axle

Brief Introduction                                                                                                  

The experiment principle of this rotating speed tester is based on the characteristics of compressor’s forced-vibration, using sensors to collect vibrating signal, shown by acceleration display system, then transferred to oscilloscope which would display vibrating waveform. Then calculate the rotating speed of the invisible axle in compressor.

Experiment                                                                                                                                    

Test the vibrating waveform of compressor housing, then calculate rotating speed;

Test the amplitude of compressor housing, then calculate rotating speed.
