This equipment is based on mechanical balance, holding the testing project with supporting legs on two sides, the force value on the supporting points by imbalance mass would be transferred to PC by strain sensor, which is a perfect equipment for students to analyze the principle of dynamic balance.By the dynamic balance experiment of rigid rotor, students could visually and thoroughly understand the dynamic balance principle, and the real status of eccentric wheel during experiment (including eccentric angle, mass-radius product, rotating speed, etc.) and how the dynamic balance influenced by the imbalance mass, the position of imbalance mass relatively to rotor center, the angle between two discs’ eccentric mass. Experiment
1. Test the rotating speed of eccentric wheel, and the maximum force and phase to supporting legs, then decrease the force to zero (eccentric wheel keep balance) though counterweight.
2. Calculate the imbalance magnitude and phase of each eccentric wheel.
