Product Introduction

The device is used for cooling bread, hamburgers, meat muffins, French bread, caterpillars and so on, which is with large output and long cooling time varieties. It uses Japanese 304# stainless steel mesh belt, SEW reducer, polymer wear-resistant vertical drum and stainless steel skeleton, and it is with compact and solid structure and also nice appearance.

Compared with the traditional linear transport system, the spiral system covers smaller area, so it can effectively improve the product turnaround time and without taking up important production areas. We produce two food screw conveyors with different transmission structures: drum drive and gear drive.

Screw conveyor tower function:

1. Cooling: to cool a variety of baked goods and fried food by natural cooling or forced cooling.

2. Waking up: spiral waking up can be connected to the production line and significantly improve production efficiency for the user's bread and other food production. With the monitoring system the entire proofing process achieves unmanned production. Meanwhile we support a precise humidification and heating system with circulating air.

3. Frozen: To manufacture deep frozen spiral tower according to the use of frozen food, and the spiral frozen tower is used for bulk and packaged food. It can run at -40 ° C as usual and can provide quick fixation solutions for bread, pizza, dumplings ravioli stew and fresh vegetables and fish meat.
