Equipment Introduction

1.This is a automatic material feeding conveying system for rotor,take the cylindrical turning,cylindrical detection,commutator cylindrical turning and burr,dynamic balance test station together,reduce the manpower and improve efficiency. 

2.Using the  times speed chain conveyor line for transmission power, standard tray for the product carrier, empty tray automatic conveying reflux circulation use.Only need line devices for one end product placement in the tray, backend line body take the finished product.

3.After the pallet product in processing position, automatic induction jack-up, pneumatic clamping claw clip products.Servo manipulator move clip products to position processing equipment and complete the finished product and raw products to replace,Servo manipulator back into the tray, then has good processing products to the next assembly processes.

4.Adopts the man-machine interface control, can define the movement of the manipulator path and speed, simple equipment debugging.

5.This system can be applied to all kinds of products of multistep automatic up-down material production.
