項目簡介 Project Profile

    1.汽車電機轉子智能制造生產線，主要包含轉子預裝配、電感清潔，短蒙套壓入到位& 長蒙套裝配& 蒙套清潔，長蒙套卸載& 短蒙套，轉子冷卻、轉子定位& 整流子裝配& 整流子高度測量、托盤解鎖& 軸端注油& 軸承裝配& 軸承固定的組合設計，實現了汽車電機轉子總裝的自動裝配及檢測。

     The function of this production line includes rotor pre-assembly, cleaning device for the inductor, forcing short-cover in place, assembly, a cleaning and unloading process for both long cover and short cover, as well as cooling and positioning rotor, assembly and height measurement for the commutator. It also  features pallet deblocking, oil injection of shaft end & bearing assembly and bearing retainer combination design. Automatic assembly and inspection of automotive motor rotors is realized.

    2.采用自動智能完成所有裝配工作，設備具備自動自檢功能，設備出現任何異常都要將設備停止，極大降低工作強度，提高生產效率。

    It completes all assembly work by using automatic intelligence. The equipment has an automatic self-check function, In the event of an exception the equipment will stop running.

    3.節拍時間 (CT)：≤ 5 seconds（包括員工操作時間和設備運行時間）。
