   1.操作工需提前將（蝸桿、球）放置到自動喂料機構，生產線自動完成轉子軸上沖筋、放置蝸桿、裝配蝸桿與球裝入蝸桿端部，裝好的產品隨托盤沿輸送帶移至下一工位。

    The Operator places the worm and ball into the automatic feeding mechanism; the production line automatically completes the punching process on the rotor shaft, creating fine lines to achieve traction. The system automatically assembles the worm and ball, and the finished product moves to the next station along the conveyor.

   2.生產線兼容各類型轉子的產品，僅僅通過換型即可滿足各類型轉子轉配要求。

     The production line is compatible with various types of rotor designs.

   3.采用人機界面控制設備的各種動作，設備的各種報警均有操作提示，自動化程度高。

    The human-machine interface is used to control actions of the system and features various alarm prompts with a high degree of automation.
