Project Introduction

2.The production line now adopts artificial two screws, the gunner moves counterpart, and the manual compress is carried out for locking operation. It is not consistent with safety, increasing labor intensity and reducing efficiency. The process is tedious and easy to cause the deviation of the quality of the product.

3. product transformation is monitored by Novotechnik sensor to ensure the correctness of changeover.

4. Process:

             Part lift up;

             Screwing cylinder down;

             Screwing (by Rexroth SB350).
