Industrial 4.0 -intelligent brake motor rotor assembly line

1.This project is an industrial 4.0 key project aimed at improving the intelligent level of the manufacturing industry and establishing a smart factory with adaptability, resource efficiency and human engineering. We have the honor to participate in this project on the rotor line project design. We have put forward a high standard from the structure to the software, and I believe there will be a large upgrade.

2. This project mainly includes wire and tray system, insulation chip assembly, commutator assembly, visual inspection and other stations.

3. The read and write coding are rigorous and orderly from feeding, sweeping to each assembly and detection process, to ensure the intelligent manufacturing process.
